Arkansas Week: Proposed Cellphone Ban in Schools, Agricultural Challenges

We discuss a couple of key pieces of legislation to be introduced this week. Senate Bill 142, the "Bell to Bell, No Cell Act," would require each public school district to create a policy to ban cellphones in schools. Co-sponsor of the bill, Sen. Tyler Dees, a Republican of Siloam Springs, spoke about the legislation with host Chris Kane.
